Getting Started

This section covers everything you need before you start using SureSign day to day: signing in, understanding the dashboard, and finding your way around.

What you need before you start

  • An email invitation from your organisation's Super Admin or Admin, or a login provided to you directly.
  • A temporary password (if your account was created by an administrator) or your own chosen password.
  • To know your role: Super Admin, Admin, or Client. See Roles for what each can do.

The dashboard, in brief

After signing in, most users land on their dashboard, which shows a summary of active projects, open RFIs, pending variations, documents added this month, and payment applications awaiting action, along with your most recent projects and open RFIs. Administrator accounts are taken to a separate dashboard focused on account and organisation management. See Dashboard for full detail.

  • The Help area (in the main menu) links back to this guide and lets you replay the guided product tour.
  • If something looks wrong or is missing, check Troubleshooting before contacting support.
