Troubleshooting: Settings¶
Settings failed to load¶
Try refreshing the page. If it keeps happening, there may be a temporary connection problem — try again shortly, or contact your organisation's administrator if it persists.
The Save button is disabled¶
Each settings tab (for example Company Branding, Company Information, Change Password) only enables its Save button once you have actually changed something on that tab, or once the underlying data has loaded successfully. If Save stays disabled with no changes visible, try refreshing the page.
My branding changes don't seem to apply¶
Some branding elements (logo, accent colour) may need a page refresh to show everywhere they are used. If they still don't apply after refreshing, confirm you saved the correct tab under Company Branding.
