Troubleshooting: Permissions and Access

"Access denied." or a project/record will not open

You most likely tried to open a project or record you do not have access to, or one that does not exist. SureSign shows the same generic "not found" style result either way, so it cannot tell you which. If you believe you should have access, contact your organisation's administrator.

I can view a record but cannot see any Create/Edit/Delete buttons

You are most likely signed in as a Client user. Client accounts generally see a read-only view of operational records in the current interface. See Client for what Client accounts can and cannot do. If you believe you need write access, ask your organisation's administrator to review your account.

I don't see the notification bell

The notification bell is not currently shown in the tenant workspace. If you are a Client user, this is expected — check a project's Overview activity feed instead.
