Site Admin¶
What this is¶
A single place to work across five record types from every project at once, rather than opening each project individually: RFIs, Site Instructions, Site Diaries, Meeting Minutes, and EOTs (Extensions of Time).
Where to find it¶
Site Admin in the sidebar's Workspace section.
How to use it¶
Select a tab (RFIs, Site Instructions, Site Diaries, Meeting Minutes, or EOTs) to see that record type across all your projects, along with a summary of counts by status. Use the search box to narrow the list, then select an entry to jump straight into that record inside its project. Each entry shows which project it belongs to.
Site Admin is a browsing and monitoring surface only — records are still created and edited from within each project, exactly as before.
Where these records also live¶
Every record shown here also lives inside its own project:
- RFIs — a project's RFIs area.
- Site Instructions — the Site Instructions tab on a project's Notices page. See Notices.
- Site Diaries — the Site Diaries tab on a project's Site Reports page.
- Meeting Minutes — a project's Meetings area.
- EOTs — the EOT Requests tab on a project's Notices page. See Delay and Extension of Time and Notices.
Use Site Admin when you want to scan across every project at once; use the project itself when you're focused on one project's work.
