Notification Bell¶
Where to find it¶
The bell icon is shown in the tenant workspace's top bar to every authenticated user — Client, Admin, and Super Admin accounts alike — as well as in the separate administrator panel.
What you will see¶
- An unread-count badge (capped at "99+"), which pulses if any notification is marked critical.
- A dropdown grouped into Critical (with a banner if any require immediate attention), Today, Earlier, and the last few Read notifications.
- Category pills such as Commercial, Contract, Programme, Compliance, Payment, Variation, Retention, Deliverable, Notice, Risk, Communication, and General.
How to use it¶
- Select a notification to open the related record directly (it is marked read automatically).
- Use the dismiss control on a notification to remove it from the dropdown.
- Use Mark all as read, or Clear read notifications, from the options menu.
